Happy times at Papalaya!
What a great week at this lovely homely and characterful villa. Really well stocked with everything one needed and beautiful art work that pleased us all. The bikes were a real asset when needing to nip to the local supermarket only a short ride away. All problems/ queries sorted immediately and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We did hire a car but believe the buses are brilliant and easily accessible. We all agreed we would love to return!

The villa was everything we hoped it would be and then some. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The pool and gardens felt so secluded but it was an easy cycle, walk or bus journey to the Port or into Pollensa.

Features and Facilities
One of few rental villas located in the countryside which is walking distance (1 mile) into the centre of the beach town of Puerto Pollensa, accessible along a wide and level foot/cycle path all the way into town. From the villa it’s also a brief cycle ride to Pollensa old town (bikes are included at the villa).
The property has two large sheltered terraces, a private swimming pool with roman steps and the option of pool fencing (at no extra cost), and a barbecue area, all enclosed within a walled, mature, evergreen garden. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.
The villa features air conditioning, wifi, UK & German terrestrial TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, movies and sports subscriptions, 6 bicycles for all family ages, bike lights and helmets, a PS5 with games, children’s swim jackets and pool inflatables, table tennis, a stocked Nespresso machine, Lego and lots of board games, books and DVDs

Value for Money
We checked all villas in the area with similar specifications and undercut the average price by 10% to make our rates. If one can find a better equipped villa for less in Pollensa then we would love to know of it, and if we can we’ll return the favor.
24/7 Assistance
We contract a support team (Ben and Charlie of Pollentia Rentals) to offer 24/7 assistance should clients have any issues or queries during their stay at the villa. We endeavour to resolve all issues with immediate effect.
A Villa Stocked with Products
Stocked at the house for every client are a multitude of household products, such as: kitchen paper, bin bags, scourers, detergent, dishwasher liquid, shampoo, conditioner, and much more. We also offer, free of charge, the service of grocery shopping, so to have the kitchen stocked with food and drink in advance of the client’s arrival.
